End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and SmartnessHome for the Ongles Paris application (the “App”), whether used in a browser or installed from an app store. It supplements our Terms of Service, which also apply.

1. License

SmartnessHome grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in the United States.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, models or logic; remove any proprietary notice; use the App by automated means; or use it to build a competing product.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. SmartnessHome retains all right, title and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates and termination

We may update the App or discontinue it at any time. This license ends automatically if you breach it; you must then stop using the App. Sections 2, 3, 5 and 6 survive termination.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It offers cosmetic guidance only and is not a medical device. The limitations of liability in the Terms of Service apply.

6. App store terms

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's terms also apply, and the store is not responsible for the App or for support, which SmartnessHome provides at support@onglesparis.com.
