Account & Data Deletion

Ongles Paris has no user account. Everything the App knows about you — your answers, the photos of your hands, your results and your reminder settings — is stored on your device only.

Delete your data in the App

1. Open the App and go to Care (home care).
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Reset my diagnosis”.

This erases your profile, photos, results and history immediately. Clearing your browser's site data for onglesparis.com, or uninstalling the App from your home screen and clearing site data, has the same effect.

Care subscription

If you subscribed to Care, cancel it through the store you purchased from (App Store or Google Play) or through the billing provider's link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Newsletter

To remove your email from the newsletter list, write to privacy@onglesparis.com.

Anything else

To ask what we hold about you, or to have anything deleted on our side, email privacy@onglesparis.com. We answer within 30 days.
