These terms govern the use of onglesparis.com (the “Site”) and the Ongles Paris web app (the “App”), operated by Ongles Paris. By using the Site or the App you agree to them.

Cosmetic guidance, not medical advice

The App reads the appearance of your nails and hands from a photo and your answers, and gives cosmetic suggestions: a score, a routine, home-care ideas, shapes and colours. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have pain, a nail lifting from its bed, a dark band under a nail, an infection or any change that worries you, consult a dermatologist. Test any new product on a small area of skin first, and stop if you react.

The App

  • The analysis, score, colour suggestions and home-care protocol are free.
  • Care is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly through our billing provider at the price shown in the App before you confirm. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the billing provider's policy and applicable consumer law.
  • The App stores your data in your browser. We cannot recover it if you clear your browser data or change devices.
  • We may change or discontinue features of the App at any time.

Content

Articles, guides and images on the Site are ours or used under licence. You may share links and short quotes with attribution; you may not republish our content without permission.

Liability

The Site and the App are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Ongles Paris is not liable for any loss arising from their use, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The former shop

The Ongles Paris shop closed in September 2026. Purchases made before then remain covered by the terms of sale in force at the time of the order, including the 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Write to us with your order number.
