Questions & answers
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. Ongles Paris gives cosmetic guidance only. If you notice pain, the nail lifting from its bed, a dark band under the nail or any change that worries you, see a dermatologist.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no password. Your answers, your photos and your results are stored on your phone.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Ongles Paris is a native app for iPhone and Android, coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
Is it free?
The analysis, the score, the colours and the home-care protocol are free. Care, the complete evening ritual with reminders, is a paid subscription inside the app.
Does the app show ads?
The iPhone and Android apps are free and show a few ads (Google AdMob), never while you scan or pay, and never during your first sessions. You can watch an optional short video to unlock an extra scan. Care removes ads. This site has no ads. Details in the Privacy Policy.
What data does it collect?
No account, no name, no email. Your answers, photos and results stay on your phone; the photos are never uploaded. Only the newsletter, if you subscribe, gives us an email address. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Where is it available?
The app is offered to residents of the United States, on iPhone and Android.
What happened to the shop?
