Where do I find my order number?

It's in the subject line and body of your order confirmation email, and it starts with cs_. Can't find it? Email contact@onglesparis.com with the email address you used and we'll look it up.

When does tracking appear?

Orders are prepared within 24 hours. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse — 1–2 business days after ordering for US-warehouse items, 3–5 days for international items. Delivery windows are shown on each product page and in our shipping policy.
