These terms govern purchases made on onglesparis.com (the “Store”), operated by Ongles Paris (the “Seller”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping to the US is free.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your card details.
• An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of stock or pricing error — you'll be notified immediately.

Warranty

All products are covered against manufacturing defects for90 days from delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue and we'll replace or refund the item.

Liability

Products must be used as described in their instructions. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
