Shipping

• Free tracked shipping on orders over $49, to all 7 countries we serve. Below that, one flat $5.90 — the same wherever you are.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days).
• Delivery time is shown on each product page:2–8 days for items shipped from our US warehouses,6–15 days for items shipped from our international studio partners — the exact window is shown on every product page.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States only (excluding P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories — contact us first for those).

Returns

• 7 days to return unused items in original condition, from the day you receive your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Email contact@onglesparis.com with your order number — we'll send you the return address and instructions.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no return needed.
